Super tasty coffee and sausage roll (would never have guessed it was meat free!) Service was friendly and fast too. Will be back!

I love this little coffee shop, they do a lovely range of vegan cakes, plant milks on offer and a couple of nice vegan toasties if you want something savoury. However, what I find really annoying is that they don't stick to their opening hours, they advertise that they are open until 5pm, however when I went in one day at a few minutes before 5, I was asked to go elsewhere, which I thought was incredibly rude. I've also walked past on other days where the shop has been completely shut before 5. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired in general, I've only ever been smiled at by the boss, Tom, the rest of his staff who are all quite young don't seem to care whether there are customers in or not. Other than that the cafe is clean and nicely decorated, with a little bit of outdoor seating.
Nice coffee and cakes. The seating arrangements could be better. We were fortunate that it was dry enough to sit outdoors and not too cold. I was surprised that it didn't have a toilet though.
Coffee is good, however can be rather slow to get served if people are already inside. We waited for 15minutes outside today as maximum amount of people in store, queuing to be next in, only to have a group jump the que and be served over us, with staff member hugging them, not adhering to social distancing either, despite a sign in the doorway asking for rules to be followed including hygiene/no coughing etc. Bit ironic really. Other than that little annoyance, after visiting all year, it's a good establishment. We left and ordered on mobile app elsewhere as had limited break-time. I will say the cakes are good here, really good. I'd happily eat one everyday, but I'm fat enough as it is!
