Serge and Gavin are crooks. They sold me a BMW x3 for interstate delivery to Brisbane, with no service history (Gavin said everything is on the onboard computer-I’ve never owned a car like this before so I believed him). The car had one set of keys on delivery. They insisted there was another set (there was not- a BMW key costs 892). There was a deep scratch to front LHS bumper (not on carsales advert). But the worst- a damaged steering rack that cost 2500 to replace within first 2 weeks. I have taken them to the SA Consumer Complaints dept. Serge says I must have damaged the car myself. Apparently driving it to the mechanic (?) because I couldn’t drive it after that for a month. I have proof of odometer showing how little I drove and a written note from mechanic supporting my claim. Car was rubbish before I got it. Avoid these criminals like the plague.
