#@*&# Hopeless. Waited ALL afternoon for them to show for a midday booking and they never came. They called (presumably) before thinking about coming out, 15 mins after they were meant to be there and (I'm guessing) because the call wasn't answered they didn't turn up at all. Returned the call when I untangled myself from the renovations I was doing and left a message to say I am at the house, but I am still waiting for a reply 4 hours later!!! In short, I waited around all afternoon for a no-show because of a missed call. I sincerely hope these guys never start delivering meals-on-wheels, because the old folk who don't get to the phone in time will starve. Minus 5 stars. "Service that's amazing" my @#.

Such good customer service. Custom made doors sliding aluminium fly screen doors for some old double glass doors I have. Every other company wanted me to replace the glass doors with a whole new kit. Had some minor issues with some adjusting needed of the doors around a year later. Came out no issue and fixed it. Will definitely use them for all my glazing and door needs.
