Very good initiative by Govt of India. Nowadays aadhar updation or enrolment happens only in post offices or banks where 20-25 tokens are distributed and you have to face grumpy staff. At this scenario this Aadhar Seva Kendra is a huge relief. My updation was done smoothly. It took me around 1.30 hours. It may get a little crowded outside but once you get inside the crowd is being managed well via token system just like in Passport Seva Kendra. It is located in lower ground floor of Akshardham metro station.

They are very efficient and politely stuff. Im want there for add phone number.it will take barely 20mnts. One things they don't follow appointment timing.. Means u can go anytym and collect a token. It does not matter either you have afternoon appointment or morning. Simply procees.. Location- behind the mall... 4 mints walking distance. Appointment paper print - doesn't need..thy can scan bar code from ph Covid maintenance- they maintain inside distance. But outside more cloud and noone follow social distance. Working statement- there are 6counter to verify and 14 counter to update ur document. Lunch time - 1.30-2pm Preferably time - better to go atlest 1hr early.. outside and before collect the token you have to wait 1hr more then that.
Hardly took 30 minutes for whole process after appointment (Online Booked) otherwise you have to wait in queue for appointment.
Went there for mobile no. Update it was quick and easy. Now we have realised how a government should work, thanks to AAP government to make government offices so people friendly. everything here is digitalized. For mobile no. Update - First take online appointment from from official website, you dont need to adhere appointment time you can visit there anytime on appointment date. Show the appointment no. at entry, they will give you token, you will see token no. On screen with counter no. go to the executive. They already know what you want to update/ change in adhaar. You dont need to bring any documents, take application form from appointment registration. They will take you biometrics and its done.
