8750 Alt Gym has been an excellent find while we were in Telluride. I know there are plenty of things to do outdoors and one may ask why workout in a gym at all while in Telluride. Well, my husband needed to finish writing a paper in the local library and I didn't want to hike alone- an indoor gym is what I needed to fulfill a yearning for workout. The gym is small but has all the essential machines needed to get a full body workout. There's a squat rack, plenty of dumbbells & kettle bells, assorted items for a functional workout (battle ropes, elastic bands), treadmill, elliptical machine, etc. I was able to get a good full body workout just like in any other full functioning gym. Additionally, the staff are amazing! Nicole was so helpful and cheerful and treated me like I was one of the locals. I learned that she's also an amazing triathlete and not just some ordinary personal trainer, she's an exercise coach. She can definitely help you with proper technique with any type of sport or personal challenge you want to achieve and would recommend a workout that is appropriate and functional. If you live in Telluride or simply visiting, visit 8750Alt Gym for an awesome workout. Thanks Nicole!

We were visiting from out of town and this facility was PERFECT for what I needed. Staff is great, easy access, and a LOT of different equipment to choose from. I'd highly recommend it. We'll be coming back for sure next time we're in town!
