I have been to 122 West twice and have loved my experience on both occasions. Wonderful friendly staff, friendly owner, tasty food, and great beer. Highly recommend them!

Election night; tensions are high, I showed up 10 minutes to close for some growlers fills, or so I thought, place was closed. There were a couple cars and someone, who happened to be the owner, at the door. He ushered me in, offered me a sample, and filled our growlers. 122 has a great atmosphere, awesome beers, and excellent staff, it’s a Bham hidden gem
Stopped in while visiting from Colorado. Had the Reuben ... it was amazing. I'm also a big fan of a good IPA and they had 3 on tap. The Sultana Peak DIPA was great but at 8.6% I only had one. Also had the Sticky Wicket IPA and The Beach IPA, both of those were also great. The overall vibe was good and our server was awesome!
I ordered my food to go due to covid and live 5 min up the street. My fries, and food were all soggy, fried fish was soggy m,y Mac and cheese tasted like the flour rue... Not cheese. My drinks were not included, nor the desert I ordered. I am really disappointed with how this turned out. For almost 70 I would have expected better. I usually support locally... But I won't be eating here again.
Not sure how we haven't eaten here sooner! My spouse and I ordered takeout from 122 West on a friend's suggestion last Friday night... and then immediately ordered takeout from them again on Saturday! Thoughtful, lovely team running the shop (had a delightful conversation with the woman who was running the front of house, even though both of us were a little muffled by face masks), SUPERB sandwiches (we had the reuben and the pulled pork - both are absolutely worth ordering again), and the truffle fries are nothing short of phenomenal (I don't even like fries that much, but mine were gone in minutes). We will be back soon to try their beer! Excited to have this place in our neighborhood!

Delicious beaucoup burger and stout. The place puts true effort into making you feel safe. Bryndal is a delightful server. I will be returning.
