This is not a bad choice if you like abalone But the expression of Soon-ok(순옥) the owner of the restaurant, is always scary!!!

We were there before they open, and there was already a line up. Be there at least 15 min. prior. The freshness and the taste is unbelievable.

This is famous for mul-hwe. We had junbok mulhwe and soon wook-e-ne mulhwe. I love it. I think it's harmonious with soju.

Seafood galore. There's a good variety on the menu that should appeal for every palette--abalone stew, abalone porridge, or abalone sashimi in the traditional Jeju style. Hearty and healthy.

If you like abalone, this is the place. My Korean wifeand kids loved it, me, so-so, but I'm not a huge seafood fan. The story behind the restaurant is great, a woman diver started it and it grew and grew. Try different dishes and share. Enjoy !
