Really clean bathroom but there's no soap, not that many seats available but because of the pandemic it doesn't get that crowded. It has some places to eat around so that's nice. They will take your temperature upon arriving, you don't have to give your info or show the QR code. Taxis are always available outside the bus terminal which is convenient. I recommend to go straight to the market, the food is super delicious.

It's a bus terminal. Don't expect much more than that. Seems a bit small for the size of the city.
Good precautions in place for covid-19
Brilliant. Not really a bus, more like a very high quality coach. Loads of room infront and the seats were really luxurious. Theres a TV at the front which tells you in multiple languages about the schedule. I spent 2 and half hours on it and it was just right.
