This wouldn't be my recommendation for a plsce to live. Spacious apartments but an old style design with not nearly enough parking for the number of residents' cars. Double parking and car rolling out of the way is common. Koreans probably like it for the schools nearby? Education location is a big thing here. Place did install a brand new Hyundai elevator though.
