Here is a pollack restaurant. Many Korean like dish of pollack. Especially they made a steamed pollack with hot spicy sauce which has a vegetable. Korean call pollack Saeng-tae. So, this dish's name is Saeng-tae zzim. We have various names depending on the condition of pollack. If pollack is freeze, we call Dong-tae and If we dried it on Sun, we call Buck-a. If you are first visitor in here, you have to choose Saeng-tae zzim. That will be best choice in your life.
