\u003e\u003e\u003e懂的人說這是真鍋貼(看過以前外省老兵在爐前的高超手藝，一個炒鍋做出一大盤，鍋貼漂亮排列像盛開花朵)。 很多人拿 日式煎餃 或是 八方四海 煎鍋貼(美其名叫煎長餃，談不上叫鍋貼) 這種，混在一起談或討論，這家店的歷史(超過50年)與道地口味，遠超過分不清鍋貼煎餃的人能評。 希望它繼續傳承下去。如果有其他真鍋貼的店家請大家推薦比較。

這輩子沒遇過做生意這麼不用心的店家 氣都氣飽了也不用吃了啦 已經提前半小時左右打去點菜說要外帶 到了才發現根本就還沒開始做 在店裡面等了老半天說好了 拿走之前還念給我聽說是不是這些菜 確認了他講的那些是我點的就拿走了 結果拿回家根本不是我點的 四盒炒飯要我怎麼吃 拿回去想說要換 結果跟我說我的根本就沒做 請問到底在搞什麼 做生意做成這樣 看不懂欸
快炒類還不錯 餃子就比較屬個人喜好問題 不是很喜歡
