Delicious taro dessert from Taiwan
We got a large sampler box and each item was the worst I have ever tasted. The pineapple cake filling was ok but the pastry outside tasted like it was dirty. The taro crispy cake was filled with something chewy more like stale mochi than taro, and the egg yolk cake was no good. We hate to waste food but in this case we’re throwing it away. This place must make a living selling to each person only once. Good thing there’s millions of people in Taiwan!
