Applied for Term Life insurance online on Sept 6, was advised online they "aim to reply within 2 business days". It's Sept 14, and still no feedback at all regarding the application, the online platform just says "processing". This is not acceptable even during covid19. Very disappointed at the low service level, and will be more skeptical counting on Bowtie at a time of need. Cancelled application and will look elsewhere accordingly. Update: 20201029 I have updated my rating from a 1-star to a 5-star. Upon learning about the issues involved with my initial experience, their customer service team reached out to me to explain the situation . I was advised to make another application (since I had decided to make some changes regarding coverage amount). This time around, the application process went smoothly, and my plan was confirmed within the promised 2 business days. As long as Bowtie continue to keep customer service at a top level, and continue to keep their competitive rates, I will remain a long-term customer. Thank you.
