A small, family business. They claimed their cook is from Shanghai Hilton hotel. I must say that the food are good with appropriate taste of Shanghai cuisine, strongly flavoured. I am a fried rice nut and very picky on fried rice, and I find their fried rice is right on the par. The shao long bao is a well balanced of meat, juicy-ness and thickness of skin. The soya milk have the real taste of soya bean, a taste rarely found in most shops nowadays. The place is only let down by it's cramped space and the general untidiness of things. A little gem hidden in town.
