Okay, so we booked a tour and paid the same day for it. We only received a business card with address of the place and a hand written name \Mr A\ (sounds likr mr anonymous to us). We also marked the office on google maps and asked the manager to double-check it. We left and had to come back for our train tickets and accommodation confirmation docs the next day. And then the fun started. The address on the business card was directing to a narrow streets where only locals lived - totally no sign of any agencies. Phone numbers provided were all turned off. The location on the g maps was wrong most likely due to satellite error when pinning the location. We asked tuktuk drivers about the place and Mr A manager - none of them were aware of that and they only agreed to give us a ride to the place for crazy high amount of money despite that we knew we are circling the agency and it is very near. After several attempts we found a tuktuk driver that drove us around diggerent agencies around the town until we came back to the same district and found it. You can only imagine how many brain cells we killed. We thought that we were totally scammed. Thanks God we got what we booked. The thing that accommodations were bad is just nothing after the huge hassle puzzling out their agency. Would not recommend. Search the web and see how many scams there are reported. I guess we were lucky here.

Guter Service den man recht teuer bezahlen muss. Überlegt 2 Mal und vergleicht mit anderen Anbietern (vor Allem mit online Anbietern) bevor ihr Unterschreibt. Es wird einem geholfen die Reise gut zu planen, es werden gute Tips gegeben und wenn man keine Zeit oder keine Lust hat alles durch zu überlegen ist diese offizielle Reise Agentur eine ganz Gute Option. Wir sind bisher zufrieden mit den Leistungen, haben aber dafür relativ viel bezahlen müssen...

Achtung Scamming. Mit der Masche, dass man von einem älteren, gepflegt auftretenden und gut englisch sprechendem Mann vor beliebten Touristenattraktionen angesprochen und in ein unverbindliches Gespräch verwickelt wird, folgen Ratschläge, dass man Bus-, Bahn- und Flugtickets lieber in einem Touristenbüro buchen sollte wegen high season, discounts usw. Rein zufällig steht auch noch ein tuk tuk bereit, mit dem der nette Herr auch noch die Preisverhandlung übernimmt. In der angeblichen Touristeninformation angekommen, will die Dame plötzlich die ganze Reise durchplanen, obwohl man nur ein busticket buchen wollte. Dabei werden Mondpreise für alle möglichen Reisemittel genannt. Auf keinen Fall buchen. Alle Tickets bekommt man problemlos und bequem an den Busbahnhöfen, online oder in hotels für wenigstens die Hälfte des aufgerufenen Preises.
