The original Thai market community still left from old days. Now at its dying breath, most of the shops are closed. The nostalgic atmosphere lingers. Apart from its wooden structure, the surveillance tower is one of the kind.

If you're planning a visit to Samchuk market, do drop by this place. It's less crowded but allows a closer look at the old market made of wood. Nice.
I went on a Monday, it was closed. No mention on their web site regarding opening days.
