Terrible experience. Bad procedures. Luggage got delayed in transit and should have been delivered to me the next day. In the end, I had to pick it up myself at the airport four days later.
Terrible customer service. Took us 1.5 hours (!!!) just to file a lost suitcase file. Hundreds of suitcases lost the same time, and NO ONE INFORM YOU! 4 hours flight. Hundreds of people waiting in line, and the Lost and Found in Ben Gurion Airport and only one (!!!) person taking care of it. Hundreds of suitcases just lying near the conveyors. Waiting. By far the most horrible experience I had with luggage.

התקשרתי לאחידות ומציאות של לופטנזה. המתנתי מעל 3 שעות למענה, כל פעם שעה המתנה!!, וכשהגיע תורי, נותקתי. לא יאומן

שירות על הפנים, נותנים מספרי טלפון שהם לא קשורים בכלל, רק רוצים לסגור את השיחה
בחיים לא קיבלתי שירות כזה גרוע ומאכזב. חזרתי מחול לפני כמעט חודש ומזוודא חזרה מבודפשט רק שבוע לאחר מכן. לרמון באילת. והעובדים החכמים של רמון שלחו אותה חזרה לבודפשט. ככה הסתובבה שבועיים בעולם עד שחזרה שוב לאילת. אבל כבר 8 ימים מזוודה נמצאת באילת ולא מביעים לי אותה. אני מתקשרת וכותבת מיילים, פשוט מסננים אותי ואף אחד לא אכפת. כנראה רוצים לגרום לי באצמי לרדת לאילת מדימונה כדי לאסוף אותה. ואם הייתי גרה בצפון? מקום של המזוודה עלה לי בwizzair דולר130, שזה יותר מהכרטיס שלי. יחס פשוט הזוי, חבל אי אפשר לתת ציון במינוס.
