NIce estate overall but there is a risk that the main mansion may be rented for a wedding so you will not be able to see it. There are remnants of an old bridge that are nice. If you are into poet Lermontov then it is your hey day! Some of his early poems reflect life in that estate. Nice big lake with steps running down to it.

This is a beautiful Estate that is close to Moscow. Well worth a 1/2 day outing. Interesting history, original buildings and beautifully restored.
Love this place even if I can't say it's really must see. Anyway you can combine it with cinema town nearby.
