Don’t go to the passport office here
Not made for tourists. Sending postcards is not easy in most Eastern European countries, so even in Ukraine and Lviv. You can only buy stamps at post offices. Bear in mind that these close very early (15.00). There are no post offices in central Lviv where the tourists are. Once inside, there are lots of employees sitting around apparently doing nothing. If you approach one to ask if they sell \marky\, you're sent to the next teller. Souvenir shops and tourist information spots etc should start selling stamps.
Staff is really helpful here
DOES NOT REALLY HAVE WESTERN UNION. They only make money off of sending so they only send and never allow you to receive.
