Just a week ago dr. Yuschenko fixed my ears and I can’t thank him enough for the job he’s done. Since I don’t live in Ukraine, dr. Yuschenko took his time to go through an online consultation, explaining specifics, possible risks and recovery process of the surgery. We scheduled the day online as well and I showed up to the clinic one day ahead of the surgery. I got some pre surgery testing done at the clinic and the doctor answered all of my questions once again. The surgery went well. My anesthesia preference was sedation which worked just perfect for me. I left the clinic at the same day, but I would suggest to actually stay there overnight, so the doctors can help you to manage the pain if necessary. 7 days after the surgery the stitches were removed and I can’t believe how nice my ears look, something I’ve been dreaming about my whole life. Thank you so much to the dr. Yuschenko and the entire team of Nove Tilo clinic for taking such good care of me and for making my dream to come true!

I had surgery with Dr Yushchenko Victor Nikolaevich for a minor scar and the results so far, I'm impressed. I was nervous going to the clinic in the beginning because I'm English speaking and I wasn't sure if the Dr. or staff would be able to understand my reason for the surgery. However, the staff responded very fast via text messages in answering all of my concerns in English and when I met the Dr. the Dr. spoke good enough English to explain the procedure. Overall, the entire experience was very positive. The staff speaks English, most can and they are very nice and attentive. A lot of clinics I emailed did not want to deal with this procedure so that made me extra nervous in going forward with the procedure. The end result is still to be determined but the initial surgery so far, I can tell is improved then before the surgery. I would highly recommend this clinic due to the skill of the Dr. and the ability to communicate with the staff and Dr. I will update this in about 3 months of the results. The 5 stars will still be given in terms of the overall experience and results.
I had a nose operation and the doctor did really a good job. Very professional service and modern facilities. The reception is very kind and helpful.
I am eager to express how grateful I am that I have found Nove Tilo clinic and a surgeon Oleg Tymofii with his kind manners, patience, sense of humor, professionalism and the gifted aesthetic skills that he has been blessed with. His dedication to his work and to his patients is evident.
