If you are staying in Harrachov, then this is another location you should visit, it's about a 15 minute drive and then about a half an hour or more hike to get the lookout point and Tower. Also if you go in the winter, the path to get to the Lookout point in a slope hill, I believe they have a lift also, so you could actually sled back to your car. #travel #SeeTheWorld #ChuckDiesalPhotography
One scenic place. Epic lookout for perfect sunsets. Many of my favorite shoots for Instagram are from this magnificent spot.

The story of the watchtower erection is very educative even for the contemporary politicians. Mix of the political favoritism, intriques, personal likes & dislikes is built into the walls. The adjoining German war memorial stands behind the German war insignia & medal convention of the Iron cross abandoned after WW2. Surprisingly wide view to both mountain ranges of Krkonose & Jizerky from the tower top.
Very nice lookout. You can enter the tower for about 1. They also sell snacks and souvenirs.
