Messed up the name in the diploma translation. Terrible. Avoid if possible.
Avoid these translators at all cost, they are thieves and very unprofessional and expensive, they tried to rip me off by doubling the number of pages (to charge me 100eur more). I had to count the characters myself in order to show them that I am not a sheep. And btw they advertise themselves as the cheapest in Serbia, lol. They give themselves extremely long deadlines which they dont even respect. Their translations are of extremely low quality, some excerpts even done through Google Translate. Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. Total disaster. They dont even give you the paper (proof) which states that you submitted your documents to them. So if your important documents dissapear, there is no way to prove that you gave them to the Oxford Academy. If I could give them -10, I would. Never again. Good grief
Extremely unpolite and unprofessional. Acted as if they were doing me a favor, not me being valued customer. All the worst of impressions. Avoid at all costs.

Upisala dete od 10 godina.Šikaniran od strane predavača i dete i roditelji.Posle dva meseca patnje,nepedagoskog odnosa,neprifesionalizma i verbalnog zlostavljanja,odustajemo uprkos detetovoj želji za učenjem.Ne treba da postojite.
Sve što je loše napisano je istina, u vezi sa prevodom dokumentacije na nemački. Pošto nisu ispunili rokove u dva navrata tražio sam povraćaj avansne uplate, ali ako misle da novac ne vraćaju još ćemo još se onda videti, i \ćerati\!!!
Kao neko ko je poliglota i nastavnik jezika u drugoj skoli, ne mogu da verujem kakvim ljudima dozvoljavaju da predaju, a kao obican polaznik skole ne mogu da verujem koliko su administracija i sekretarijat neorganizovani, spori i neupuceni u svoj posao. Zamenskog nastavnika za online kurs (dakle nastavnik moze biti iz bilo kog mesta u Srbiji) traze mesec dana, i ne nadju ga (dakle, nisu ga ni trazili jer me ne moze niko ubediti da u celoj Srbiji ne postoji nastavnik francuskog za mene), a onda na povracaj novca cekate jos toliko jer neko stalno \zaboravlja\ da Vam upati novac na racun.
