Superb - I had the grilled lamp chops and the best chips of my life! Excellent service too.

Wow what an experience! They brought our raw steaks out on hot stone and we cooked them to our liking! So tender and we'll flavored! The wine they recommended was great as well! Good service.

We asked for “javali com castanhas” and it was great. A cozy place to have lunch or dinner.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the s\teak on the hot stone\ and can't rave about it enough. The meat was more tender than any Fillet Mignon in the States. My husband had the boar with chestnuts which was also very good. We attempted to go again the following night to both enjoy the steak however they were booked full. Dine early or make a reservation because it's one of the Best meals in Portugal!

Food was traditional and very good. I had the wild boar and was uncommon. Long list of very expensive wines, we went for an half bottle. A place to return.

Favourite meal in all of Portugal. The boar stew was delicious, as was the cod. Service was very friendly and prompt.

The food was absolutely delicious. However, the waiters completely forgot the starters we ordered and didn't do anything to fix it. A simple sincere apology would have been more than enough for us, but I felt like the waiters got impatient with us for pointing it out. He was even tapping his fingers as we were paying the bill. A shame because it leaves a sour taste to delicious food.

We arrived 2 mins before 7.00pm to find the entire room already reserved! But they squeezed us into a corner! The staff could not be more helpful! The wild boar stew was delicious (and way more than we could eat!). The place was packed but service was excellent! Definitely worth visiting!
