Great place to start your vist. They are very helpful and they have lots of activities they can help you with. The best part is that you can enjoy free champagne tasting there almost every day and was really great to meet some of the local producers. Easy to get to and helped us a lot to enjoy our stay in Epernay

Limited information. Toilets in adjacent park are coin operated but not functioning. Lovely park next door. Better help from bartender, but you can get a town map there.

The office is really clear about the information and people who work there are kind and helpful. On the other hand, you can taste champagnes from different farmers every morning and afternoon. It's completely free and the farmers are usually very friendly and talkative. You cant buy champagne from the farmers who come to introduce their champagne. That's a bit pity but understandable. They also sell souvenirs and Swarovski or champagne cap jewels. I dont quite understand the swarovski jewels..
