Cleaner to avoid! The cleaner has stained my shirt during the cleaning process. When I complained they admitted the responsibility but refused to do anything about it. After several weeks of waiting for the esponsible person\ to show up in the store, Texsana offered me a 50 CHF voucher !!?!! 50 CHF voucher for a tailor made shirt worth 150 CHF that got stained on the second wash !! My experience tells me to stay away from this cleaner or at least avoid giving them your beloved pieces of clothes - they might be ruined ;-) In any case I will never go there again. There are plenty of alternatives.

5 of my white shirts got returned blue. When we complained about it they got rude and when trying to fix the problem used a bleach that changes the color of my collar. Stay away!!

Neu ist das man jetzt -.50 Rappen für den Sack zahlen muss. Wenn man jetzt nicht in der Stadt wohnt schon sehr ärgerlich mit dem Zeugs im Bus und Zug durch die Masse zu gondeln. Die Dame hinter dem Tresen hat mich mit einem platzenden Kaugummi empfangen. Bei dieser Dame habe ich mich noch nie willkommen gefühlt. Eher als Störfaktor. Seit heute durch mich einen Stammkunden weniger.

Es soll an dieser Stelle einmal erwähnt werden, dass die Texsana im Stauffacherhof eine exzellente Reinigung ist. Sie arbeitet gründlich, kundenorientiert und sehr freundlich.
