Love the new car, but customer service is not a thing with Tesla (order problems, reimbursement issues, pick-up without damage documentation for the customer, no in-store returns for merch). This not the staff's fault, but a bare minimum of service should be company policy. At these prices, this is just sad.
If you're very lucky, your sales person will be Jenny Traber. She has a big passion for Tesla's products. She's super efficient and she was always there for me throughout the buying process. Thank you Jenny for being so awesome! :)

It was very awesome experienced to visit Tesla Company, I saw their manufacture plant and also their engine without body and their very best part was they also one car there which was for children so it was very best experienced they have also given me a free ride for city tour with their function of car they have shown me they also show me how this tesla cars goes from 0 to 100 that was also best with speeds.
