I came to this store to exchange a leotard that I bought for my daughter the week prior, intact tags, had not been worn. We chose a leotard hat was slightly less expensive. When I get to the cashier, the lady writes me a card for the price difference and says I can use it in the next year. I absolutely hate shops that don't do refunds. Nowhere was this listed on my receipt or by the register that this was their policy. It's like they are happy to take your money but not willing to give you your change. She said that's what the other ballet stores do, this is a horrible customer experience! Lead by example and set a decent return policy. It is after all the 21 century. Now I have this credit and no desire to ever return here. Anyway, should you buy something here BE AWARE and make sure you aren't in need of a return or exchange! It's a shame their stuff is actually cute.

We were visiting the country with my girlfriend, who's passionate about Ballet, we were at the Opernhaus and were delighted to find this cute and quite complete store while we were walking by the Stadelhofen. It was kind of hidden but worth it, the manager was knowledgeable and became instant friends with my partner. It is nice to see dedication in business in these days. We were shocked later to learn that Mrs. Decastelli was a renowned dancer! That explains why she was so helpful providing advice and splendid apparel. Will be coming back before our trip ends, thank you Cintia!
Above Stadelhofen station this shop offers for a nice urban walk as well. I visited the Opera shop for various occasions and all times I had plenty of time to try on things without pressure, which doesn't happen in many stores. The product lines they have are very nice and carefully chosen, which allows for shopping products of higher quality and fairer. Pointe shoes fitting was done with tips by manager Cintia Decastelli which I found very helpful and friendly, ending up with the perfect pair of shoes. The price range is also reasonable. I will defo visit again!

Absolut professionell! Die Beratung war mit viel Herz und fachlichem Blick und alles mit einer bezaubernden Höflichkeit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde gerne wieder hier einkaufen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Shop Opéra hat online eine sehr gute Auswahl an hochwertiger Tanzkleidung und Schuhen mit guten und fairen Preisen. Der Bestellprozess ist super einfach und sie senden ganz einfach in die ganze Schweiz. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr hilfsbereit, stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier würde ich gleich wieder bestellen.
Це один з двох більш менш \великих\ магазинів, що пропонують балетний і танцювальний асортимент товарів у Цюріху. Вибір не дуже великий, ціни вище за середні, асортимент обмежений. Не факт, що ви знайдете все, що необхідно. Розташований в такому місці, що важко знайти - можна сказати, над станцією поїзду))
