A better garage and service provider one can not ask for. They are not only very friendly and customer orientated but as well very professional, efficient and very safe. I am a very happy customer. Great value for money, clean and always safety first!

I was here several times to look for a good Volvo deal. They have a spread choice of cars, new and second hand, but their customer attitude is not what you expect nowadays. Their approach can be summarised in few words: “This is Volvo, take it at our conditions or go and buy something else”. They are not accommodating customer requests or barely discussing prices. The reason why you need friendly people at car dealers is because when somebody has to buy a 50k car, you want to be listened and convinced of your choice.I think if you put there a robot it would do exactly the same job. Disappointing.

I went to this garage twice. The first time they did a good job, they delivered the car back on schedule and I was satisfied. They were not very friendly as one would expect from a customer side (a bit arrogant, not very accommodatidng) but all in all I was satisfied anyway. The second time I needed to bring the car for normal servicing, I called them on the phone at 12:55, got someone on the other side who said I was calling too early, the people who can give me an appointment are having lunch. Call after 13:00. I didn't manage to, so the next day (a Saturday) I dropped by as it was on my way. There were two people working, after waiting for 15 minutes one of them told me he couldn't make an appointment, I needed to call or drop by during the week. I think the quality of the work they do is good, but they really need to rethink their customer service. I am not satisfied and I'm not about to try three times to have someone take my business. It's just not what you'd expect nowadays.

Really nice Volvo dealership with service. We do all our annual maintenance revisions here. Will also have some body work done here and will update on the results.
