The ambience is so inviting and chill you don’t wanna leave. Ended up spending three hours for dinner. Loved the food. Amazingly friendly staff. Great lassi!

Good food. The lunch is an \all you can eat\ offer and there is a large variety of food f.ex. fish, chicken, vegetables, rice, beans... They even offer salad! However, you always smell (really bad) like out of the kitchen after a visit.
I love Indian food and never really noticed Darbar whenever I passed by.. But today we decided to pop in since it's close by. BOY WHY DIDNT I COME HERE EARLIERR!? We ordered lamb biryani and lamb achari and it was extremely tenderrrr. We especially asked for spicier version i.e not the usual European spiciness and voilà we polished them clean before we got to take photos 79 bucks for beer, mango lassi, masala Chai, 2 main courses and garlic naan, it's a steal for Zürich prices!
We ordered food delivery a couple of times and enjoyed it everytime. This time we decided to dine-in and the experience was even better. Excellent food quality, courteous staff, enjoyable ambience - the complete package :) is what you get here.
Ordered for delivery recently. Food was awesome! Authentic Indian taste and generous quantity..these guys definitely know the true meaning of Indian food. Surely ordering again.
I ate here by myself in the evening. 33 francs for a Butter Chicken & Garlic Naan was too expensive in light of the rather small portion. Everything I wore tonight will go straight into the laundry, as it smelt like a kitchen inside the whole restaurant and so does my jacket now. The design of the restaurant was poor, it's not appealing. The taste of the food was good, but no veggies. Their lunch deal seems better price-wise. I might give this place another shot in 2021 during lunch once.
Don’t think it’s Indian food made by an Indian chef....as I’m great fan of Indian food but really disappointed .
