Useless and taking huge time the to rectify their mistake published online! And of course, their mistake can still be track after several months. A nightmare!

Asking for information by phone is free, but if you ask per email they exaggerate bureaucracy writing back unneccessarily multiple times using a formal letter format and sending it via IncaMail. You are then charged 20 CHF per IncaMail. When I refused to pay 80 CHF for „correspondance“ (4x20 CHF), I was referred to their webpage, which states somewhere under the fee section that they can charge up to 150 CHF and I would have had to tell them in advance that I didn‘t want IncaMail (I had never heard of IncaMail before in my life and was expecting a simple email response back, like any normal person would). So watch out: they do not warn you of these costs and are seeking to generate profit in this way. Such a rip-off!

Absolut freche und unprofessionelle \Beratung\ am Empfang! Kein Hallo, keine Hilfe sondern nur beleidigende Vorwürfe, dass ich selber wissen muss, wie ein Eintrag ins Handelsregister funktioniert! Für was gibt es eine Anlaufstelle, wenn deren Angestellte inkompetent und absolut asozial ist! Selten sowas erlebt !
