Pedicure started 15 minutes late. Lady clearly did not know what she was doing. Was more concerned about getting her party dress dirty. She was struggling getting the nail polish on. She had to use the nailpolish remover very often. Nail shape cannot be called a shape. See why they use Deindeal. Never doing this again. Just check the responses the owner gives on feesback and you know the level of proffessionality and friendlyness.

Stay away from this place! They cancel appointments last minute and try to come up with a fake excuse. My appointment was cancelled twice (!) after I have already arrived. Instead of offering an apology the manager was impolite and asked, in a rather unfriendly manner, to remove the review on Google Maps. As you can see I'm not the only one that got this kind of treatment. I hope my review and the response from the manager will serve as a good warning for potential clients.

I bought a voucher from deindeal for a med. pedicure and made an appointment. Everything went well and they did a great job with the pedicure. I am very satisfied with the quality of the pedicure. I will definitley come back. Besa Haziri did the pedicure for me and did a great job.

To be avoided ! Totally unprofessional! I had also bought a coupon on DeinDeal for a couple massage. When I first contacted them to make an appointment, they said my coupon had already been used (which was not the case of course). They then clarified it somehow and we fixed an appointment. A few hours before the appointment, they informed me by SMS that one of their employees was sick, and they canceled me. I have replied to their SMS, sent them 3 different emails and have tried to call them for 9 days, leaving messages on their voicemail. I never got any single response !!! This is totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this beauty salon to anyone.
