I got an e-mail from a collection agency today asking for payment of TNT services plus another 364 Euros for interest and such. TNT Express has still not delivered all of the goods. A driver showed up with 62 boxes for us and we were told that the 63rd and last box would arrive the next day. This never happened and TNT also has made no effort to solve this situation and their solution was to simply pass the bill to a collection agency while ignoring the fact that they have not completed the delivery. I would suggest you avoid this company and their ruthless practices. I'm imagining their employees simply stealing things and then taking them home - I am still wondering where that last box went and have received no explanation.

Worst logistic service provider ever. The staff took it for granted when they made a mistake. It seems that they had so many miscommunications among their internal processes. They shipped my package on the wrong date and blamed me for not being at home and did not show up on the agreed date. Finally shipped 2 items out of 5 and asked me to check the status of other 3.
I am waiting my parcel since 7 days and the reschedule system doesn't work. Calling them or writing email is useless if they tell me that they deliver the next day they don't or they don't respect my willing to deliver to the neighbors if I am not at home. Very disappointed!!!
Très mauvais service 120 pour en envoi express et rien les dates pas respectées, des personnes su téléphone qui disent n'importe quoi aucun engagement et un outil de suivi avec des informations vagues, inexactes \Expédition retardée lors du transit Mesures correctives en cours TNT Swiss Post s’efforce de résoudre ce problème et vous contactera sous peu si besoin.\ aucune nouvelle le même message pendant des jours après la date promise!!! Nul, pas pro, pas sympa rien...
Slecht service. Pakket al 2 dagen gearriveerd op het depot maar omdat de levering pas 3 dagen later zou plaatsvinden, houden ze het pakket achter. Hierover een paar keer gebeld en het werd mij steeds beloofd dat het pakket geleverd zou worden. Al twee dagen aan het wachten, pakket ligt nog steeds op depot.
Sinds FedEx via deze locatie werkt gaan 5 van de 10(!!) zendingen elke keer fout met forse vertraging. En dat terwijl je betaalt voor het stukje \Express\ een gemiddelde reguliere vervoerder doet het nog sneller.
