Unfortunately our experience at Vidiveni did not end on a high note. We had reserved our table through a promotional campaign of the ASN bank. When we wanted to pay the bill, one of the waiters came to our table to notify us that we were not seated at one of the tables that were reserved for the promotional campaign, and therefore were not eligible to receive the discount. My mother tried to explain the steps she undertook to make the reservation. The waitress stood her ground and said there was something wrong with the way we placed the reservation. In the mean time, my step father payed the bill at the counter. He expressed his dissatisfaction on the way the whole issue was being handled and that there was absolutely no effort from the staff to meet us even halfway. On which the waitress told him it was not appreciated he voiced his opinion like that. We were left absolutely flabbergasted that our otherwise good experience of the night was left to waste. Would not visit again, nor recommend to others.
