Both Ship & Coastal Dynamics Ltd and Aktis Hydraulics BV will continue to cooperate closely. Aktis Hydraulics expects to continue to support BMT in the future, providing niche services to BMT Ship & Coastal Dynamics Ltd and indeed the wider BMT Group. David Hurdle, the new MD of Aktis Hyraulics BV, commented “From a technical point of view Ship & Coastal Dynamics was a very good fit with BMT. However, operating as an independent company is a very exciting opportunity for us and gives us the flexibility that we need as a niche player while maintaining good relations with BMT.
