I love you but PLEASE STOP FORCING US TO USE YOUR PLASTIC BASKETS The disease will spread faster! We dont know how clean they truly are. Its insane being forced to use one to go in the shops!? Could you come up with another solution?: A Hand held tally Clicker Counter?? or Get an Abacus? Even a homemade one, please, there is other ways that work other than this... I want to grab few items and go home fast. I can surely take them in my hands. PLEASE work on this is critical!

Deze week bij een filiaal van Action aan de Puntenburgerlaan in Amersfoort geweest. Ik kwam hier om mijn product wat ik een dag ervoor had aangeschaft te ruilen omdat deze te groot was en dit vooraf niet kon beoordelen. De verpakking zo net mogelijk weer in orde te maken. Werdt niet geaccepteerd. Hun er op gewezen dat dit soort verpakkingen dit ook onmogelijk maakt om het anders te retourneren. Ik ben vervolgens zeer onbeschoft en uiterst lomp te woord gestaan. Dit is geen manier van klantvriendelijkheid zijn. Zeer matig personeel wat zich zeer autoritair en lomp opstelt. Het bedrag is het probleem niet. Ik zal er dus nooit meer een stap binnen zetten.
