We had a craving for Schnitzel and Zur Kate German Restaurant came through! The Schnitzel Cordon Bleu with sides of Red Cabbage and German Potato Salad with a side of Polnische Wurst was what I ordered and it was amazing! Had a few bites of someone's Zigeuner Schnitzel and it was just the right amount of \spicy\. The bell peppers, jalapeños and onions worked perfectly with the hot pepper gravy! We'll definitely be back!
This was my first dining experience out with my grandson and family . We are of German decent and from back east and are often disappointed eating in the valley as we are self admitted food snobs .This place delivers a great time .We will be back. Generous portions of authentic fabulous German cuisine served by folks with excellent customer service at very affordable price . The ambience is clean, authentic , a tad crude but in a good way.We loved the accordion player, they support a local musician. The beer selections is terrific with Bavarian brews that fit and compliment the meal. Thank you so much !!!Grandson and I will be back to your fine establishment .
The food was fantastic. They were very good at covid safety. The host and waitresses were great. We talked and laughed through dinner.they even had a gentleman playing the accordion.
Very affordable mom n pop German restaurant. The food is homemade. Very cozy atmosphere. This is in an old strip mall, not modern, not fancy. Get the Dunkle beer, you won't regret it!
