It was closed although it was written is opened. It even did not have the name on it. Not only us were confused but also other visitors.

Great high tea with a beautiful view. Recommended to rent a boat and come by boat.
The original Theetuin House in Waterland. Very small with original decoration and free running chicks. Excellent cakes. Coffee, Thea and 2 tarts all in all 17 not for low budgets.
Superb high tea with a great selection of different teas.
Such a lovely and great location. Such a shame the owner lady is so unfriendly. Because of this a 2 star review otherwise would be a 5. It's about the whole experience. Location is great so it's sells himself which makes the owner apparently lazy to treat customers more thoughtful
