Awful store! Terrible selection of products! And, what is available, is poorly packaged and displayed. The \employees\ are not knowledgeable about their products. They are rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. I was shocked to learn they allow bath and body items to be returned and placed back on the shelves for other customers to buy. Dirty, dirty, dirty. The Netherlands need to bring back Sephora - a high-quality store, offering type top brands, and staffed with knowledgeable and competent people -- that can actually apply make-up and other beauty products. DO NOT SHOP AT DOUGLAS . . . you may be purchasing a previously returned item -- YUCK!

Not customer friendly,. They walk behind you asif you are a criminal,. I took a parfume bottle to the till but it was bussy, than last moment I decided not to buy it and left it somewhere near the till. On my way out the blond old lady who works there crossed my path and confronted me about why I did not leave it on its place?! Even tho I said sorry she didnt want me to leave the store without picking up the bottle and place it on the right place ( which I did after all ) Well excuse me madame,. You get paid to put the products nicely on its place and also to be customer friendly! Not to act asif you get bothered by the cusomers in that store!! I will never enter that store again,. People you got douglas everywhere in Holland,. I would say go to another Douglas or Ici Paris!!
