Really nice place to eat. We were made very comfortable and the children were not frowned upon for walking about. No one took offence. It felt like a family restaurant and felt very welcoming. Good atmosphere, and waitress attentive. Food very nice too. Will go again purely for the fact that no one minded the kids so we could all have an enjoyable meal. Nice one Zizzi's.

One of my favourite places to eat! This is my second visit to the chistlehurst Zizzi, and I must say its probably one of the best. On both occasions we visited on Fridays and although busy the staff were on point! Welcomed at the door within a minute or two and asked where we would prefer to sit. The venue is contemporary and well lit , but that doesn't affect the mood or how cosy it is. For a Friday night I expected a slight delay in our order taken and the food arriving but that wasnt true. Our waitress was over promptly to take our drinks order which arrived promptly (nice little touch of putting the lime in a separate container for us to add to our taste). All of our three courses arrived at perfectly timed intervals and wasnt left waiting. The waitress cleared every course within a few minutes. We were certainly looked after. The pasta was cooked perfectly, arrived fresh , hot and full of flavour. The pizzas on the other tables looked just as good if I'm honest. We ended up spending just over two hours inside mainly because we were talking etc and not once did we feel like we were out staying our welcome.
I adore this restaurant! They give first-rate food, their menu is rich, The chef in that spot is very trained, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the clients is nice. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.
Probably my favourite takeaway (collection) of lockdown 2020... Fabulous consistent food, good portion size and as close to \eating in\ as you can expect. I'd give it 5 stars but the packaging is just not good enough to keep food warm and, after the 5 minute drive home, it's lukewarm at best. My 10yr old has become a pizza connoisseur and he rates this in his top two/three (quite the accolade)
Pleasantly surprised, food was extremely good for a chain and staff looked after our large party.
