Great safe environment, food is top quality and good service speed, staff very friendly, there was a mix up with our deserts but the staff offered a new one and removed the cost which is lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

They have a slightly reduced menu, as do most other places. But still have a very good choice to choose from.
One of my favourite restaurants to eat! And I recommend their new chicken calabraise dish. Amazing
Although the food was good. The attentiveness to customer service was absolutely shambolic! Once seated it took 10 minutes to be asked even if I would like a drink whilst waiting for my additional guest. During the service extensive guestures where made to obtain any service at all. Attentiveness to the customer is absolutely essential during these unprecedented times. Zizzi head office and training management seriously need to look into it with mystery guest. The menu has reduced and changed. Such a shame, as their previous menu was far better. Only good value if you have tastecard. There's still a decent choice for pasta and pizza. Just that their previous menu was better
