Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant due to its lack of Covid precautions . I collected a meal there on Valentine’s Day and as I entered the small reception area there were approximately five delivery drivers all squeezed into a small space. Unfortunately I had to enter the area and there was no way one could be one or two metres apart from each other . As I left there was another driver coming in too. I feel this is appalling and the restaurant should be making sure the customers are kept safer a lot better let alone the delivery drivers who have to go In and out most of the evening.

Visited here for the first time and hope i can come here again. All staffs was nice and the food was tasty. Drink, starter and main dishes were perfectly serviced in order and on time. Don't know how other branchs are but this bexleyheath was nice. I should've been here earlier.
I am a huge foodie, and I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants. I am an independent, family or friends run restaurant kind of gal. However, Zizzi's have upped their game. They are back and better than ever! Honestly, I am as shocked as you are. Dodge the little soul bread, and go straight for the chicken and 'nduja pot, you will not be disappointed.
Nice food and good customer service
Easy to book, no queue, we got the table we wanted far away from the nearest customers (due to Covid-19 to keep our distance). The food came quickly and it was testy. Good customer service starting helping us to sanitize our hands and hosting us until we finish our dinner.
