I visited Amy Makeovers for keratin but was overly convinced to opt for hair color also with keratin treatment and hair cut. I selected purple shade and told explicitly that I do NOT want any brown color shade still after coloring was completed I got brown color . After spending over 7 hours in salon and spending huge amount I am highly dissatisfied with the outcome . Waste of time and money !! Even keratin effect is so dull , hair looks luster less even after getting keratin treatment . Due to time shortage ( spent over 7 hours on whole procedure) hair cut also skipped .I will not recommend this salon. I would want to say that good behavior of staff cannot compensate for customer service . I did not argue the outcome just because staff worked hard and I did not want owner to penalize working staff for the outcome .

I like the services offered here at this salon. Place is clean and hygienic too. But prices are little high as compared to others but then customer satisfaction is their main motive. Seating arrangement is comfortable too. My friend liked the nail art very much. Manicure and cleansing is our preference almost every time.

Excellent experience! One of the finest salon in Zirakpur. The place is very clean and hygenic. I loved the facial from Gudia and hair styling by Ishan. Both are amazing! Overall this is the best place to pamper yourself and relax
