I love going to Zipps, they always have solid food and good drink specials. However, this trip was not up too par. I have nothing against how the food tasted but how it was handled. I saw the waitress bring our food to the wrong table. The table realized too that this isn't what they ordered and called the server over. I saw the server take back the food and bring it to the kitchen, and then bring it to us. I asked the server did you give the table our food, she said she did, but assured us they didn't touch it. She did offer to remake the food to make us feel better. Regardless if it's a pandemic or not, I don't feel comfortable having my food dropped off in front of someone else and then taken back to the kitchen only to serve to us. If I didn't notice anything then the server would of just dropped it off. The worst part is all they did was re-fry the wings because they were extra crispy and some tasted burnt. The fries they just kept the original batch and piled some more on top thinking I wouldn't notice. Have some integrity, and if you are really going to remake the food then do it. We are in a pandemic, and the last thing we need to worry about is people handling our food .

Had the best wings today I usually get my wings undercooked at different places however today I decided to give zipps a try and they were amazing crispy with soft meat and the drinks were great as well and the service by our waitress nicolette g with the gray mask was outstanding definitely will be coming back to this location
Been ordering wings from this bar for 3 years. Every time I ordered I would get a salad with it. Total comes out to 14.01 Today someone tells me that the salad does not come with the wings. I go there for drinks, supported the through this pandemic. Will be my last time going to them and spending 150 on alcohol tabs and 50 food tabs once a week.
They have the best burgers I've eaten in AZ. Tried the Scorch Burger with half fries half onion rings. The wife got the 10 wings crispy and hot... everything was awesome. Wait staff and the manager even stopped by the table to say hi. Busy during the Bills Dolphins game but we had a great afternoon. Try those burgers!!
The service was good but the food not so much. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and it was basically salsa with tortilla strips on top.
