ARK provided us with excellent and prompt service. We recently sold our home and made several calls to a competitor who our HOA has a contract with and who has done regular maintenance to our septic system. The compliance report should have been issued immediately from the work that was completed the month prior. After repeated phone calls we were left with no compliance report and no promise of when it could be done. ARK listened to our urgent request and came out to inspect the very next day so that we could meet our deadline for closing. Thank you ARK for your excellent customer service!
We needed a compliance done ASAP for the sale of our home. The competitors that have a contract for our HOA that routinely monitor and do all maintenance failed to help us in over 2 weeks. Ashley was out within 2 hours and even charged less!! We would highly recommend her services to all!
