The service should coherently cover all supporting functions like IT, Facility management, HR etcetera. Bringing brightness to the end-user. IT out of the cloud almost sound like a fairy tale. Less hassle; skilled specialists take care of the complexity and high availability of their island of services. But a lot of companies don’t realize that this implies that the number of suppliers they have to manage rapidly grows, while their IT team will shrink in the same pace. With our tentacles we’d like to address the challenge to manage more suppliers with fewer staff. Sticking it all together to one service landscape and a bright, unambiguous process. Leading to better insights, a better performance and an excellent end-user experience.
