Ordered the dash cameras on Feb 21. Was told 5-10 days. Never have received BUT they took my money. numerous messages to company and received automated response. Asked for refund. Still no response. Do NOT ORDER from these people! TERRIBLE

Amongst the worst services I have encountered. Within 7 months of using their 'service' my internet has not worked 1 week without fault. There continue to be daily outages, and these 'service providers' lie to you about calling them back. Absolutely rude on the phone to me since he realized he was older than me, and the manager ended the phone on me citing that im costing him money. Save yourselves some nerves and use a different service.

Ordered a product and they took my money and never delivered. I was took for 4 weeks, there working on it, but nothing I ask to cancel and I would receive a refund and now no refund and no response for 2 weeks. DON’T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!
Wil je zelf je netwerk beheren maar kom je soms net wat kennis tekort dan is bit4u de beste keuze om mee samen te werken. Ze zijn niet alleen 24 uur per dag bereikbaar maar in het geval het nodig is komen ze op elk willekeurig moment naar je toe. Echt een aanrader!
In november 2019 heeft Bit4U onze virtuele servers vervangen en dat migratie proces is zonder noemenswaardige issues verlopen. In het aanloop proces zijn meerdere offertes opgevraagd en het contact met Bart van Bit4U was van het eerste moment bijzonder prettig en ook tijdens en na het migratieproces waren de contacten met het Bart maar ook de rest van het team steeds constructief en snel. Zaken regelen buiten onze werkuren van 07.00 tot 23.00 zodat processen gewoon door konden lopen waren geen enkel probleem. Er wordt volop meegedacht om tot goede oplossingen te komen voor allerhande ICT zaken. Ze staan steeds met raad en daad klaar en hebben ook nog eens géén doorgeschoten uurtarief! Bit4U is mijn inziens ook synoniem voor Bart for you! of Be there for you!
Al jaren (ont)zorgt/ onderhoudt en beveiligt BIT4U ons omtrent verschillende ICT systemen. Altijd een snelle reactie, behulpzaam en denken graag mee (in oplossingen). Voor zowel prive als zakelijk is BIT4U altijd bereikbaar. Heel erg tevreden!
