Great gym for people who love to do weightlifting, staff is friendly can be very busy at times but I’m always able to use the equipment I want to use

Well equipped, good community, really great value for money. And Terry’s food is awesome! I PT with Roy there and I’d really recommend him too - excellent coach with sound training and nutrition advice.

Chilled out gym with an emphasis on strength training, boxing and weightlifting. Easy layout, plenty of floor space amid the equipment. The owners recently purchased new dumbbells and a few other pieces of equipment for a spring clean. Have seen great results and the staff, clientele are friendly and helpful.

A very good(!) old gym with very nice machines! Some better machines than I have in my gym! I recommend it totally!!! Always again! Nice, polite personal!! 5/5! I paid for one week 10 . Daily pass 5. Monthly pass 30(?) Nice price for this gym!!! (08/2018)
