Terrible company to be involved with. Had a machine since 2016 and been stuck in a 5 year contract ever since. When you try to get out of the contract they give extra costs etc. The machine they gave us was not fit for purpose and when we originally complained about it, our calls & emails were ignored. Customer service in this company is non existent!. But by reading the rest of the reviews, im not the only company saying this.

Shocking service from start to finish! Left me waiting in on two separate occasions for no printer/engineer to arrive. Once can be forgiven as a mistake but twice is just poor. Tried calling but never get a call back PLEASE CANCEL OUR CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY.

We were told by Zerographic that the machine we are leasing was fit for our business requirements. We specifically explained to Zerographic we are a iMac OS only company. The printer arrived nearly four weeks after the promised delivery date. No explanation for the delay was provided. Since then, we have learned the printer is not fit for purpose in terms of automatically ordering new toner/ print cartridges. We raised the issue multiple times with no response. Only when we stopped paying through their finance company did we receive a response from Zerographic explaining that our printer was not compatible with iMac OS and we would need to purchase a PC (Windows OS). COVID-19 then happened and the office was shut. We have reopened and getting back to 'business as usual'. During a client meeting today the printer made loud churning noises for nearly 10 minutes. After speaking with Xerox we were told this is because the black toner has run out. Obviously, the reason we chose this printer was so that we would be automatically sent toner cartridges BEFORE they run out. Our business is now without a printer for the next \5-7 days\ until we receive a new toner. Societe Generale, who we lodged a complaint with, has asked us for a detailed report into how we were mis-sold the printer. Which we will now be proceeding with.
