I have paid for insured and tracked shipment. Never received any tracking ID. After 2 weeks I have asked for the order. They claimed to have sent it and asked me to wait for another week, as if the shipment would magically appear. After 3 weeks they have sent the strap finally with a tracking number and I was able to track the shipment. Unfortunately did the strap not match the watch; I do not say that the description was wrong but I also do not say that it was clearly described. Asked them how the return shipment would work as the whole order took more than 1 (!) month from order till delivery. They said I have to send it back on my cost. Yes, it is mentioned in their shopping guidelines but seriously: IS THIS CUSTOMER ORIENTATION? After more than one month waiting?! I will strongly advise to avoid this company which rests on their past with the 16 years of bla bla. People be aware, better shop with Amazon or some other serious company as this retailer is clearly not worth a thought and doesn't give a damn about their customers.

Shocking, shocking organisation. I've been promised a refund for a watch that was never in stock for one month now, and all I get is more lies about mistakes being made and the refund mistakenly not being processed. Avoid this company - liars!

Horloge besteld. Na een maand belde ik en bleek het horloge niet leverbaar. Nu ruim een week verder en mijn aankoopbedrag is nog niet teruggestort. De telefoon werd wel direct beantwoord... dat was dan wel positief

Top service! Voor de tweede keer iets besteld en deze keer vanuit het buitenland. Snelle levering. In één woord geweldig.

Horloge besteld, na 30 dagen wachten nam ik contact op met de klantendienst, blijkt dat dit type horloge niet meer verkocht wordt en ze er niet meer aan kunnen geraken. Wanneer ik vraag om dit terug te betalen antwoorden ze dat dit geen probleem is en dat het geld terug op mijn rekening zal gestort worden binnen de 14 dagen. Na 14 dagen is het bedrag nog niet teruggestort, het zou zogezegd om een foutje gaan. Anderhalve maand en meerdere e-mails later heb ik nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Dit is geen foutje, het zijn gewoon oplichters.. Als je op kish.nl bestelt mag je zowel naar je horloge en je geld fluiten. Leuk detail: meer dan twee maand later staat dit horloge nog steeds op de site. Foutje zeker?
