The internet has become an essential lifeline in recent times and that is why providing a reliable, stable service remains a top priority for us. We are constantly monitoring our network and doing everything we can to provide our customers with a fast and responsive service.
With the enhanced need for reliable connectivity, we are receiving significantly more calls and emails than ever before and this means that, on occasion, we have not been able to get back to customers as quickly as we would like. We are deeply sorry about this.
What are we doing about this?
We’ve altered our contact hours to ensure that we have the greatest number of people able to respond at our busiest times, and we’ve recruited additional people into our teams.

Wherever possible, orders and queries will be processed quickly, efficiently and effectively. However, we want to be straight with customers and be clear that, from time to time, and as a result of the current high demand for connectivity services, we do have delays forced on us by our suppliers; indeed in certain circumstances – given the nature of the nation-wide restrictions prevailing at present – engineer visits may be curtailed or altered.
